I am really looking forward to what will be my third year in road racing. The GSXR 1100 is almost ready with a reconditioned engine ready to race in the Isle of Man PreTT in the Classic Superbike and the Barry Sheene Festival at Oliver’s Mount Scarborough, where the old girl won the Barry Sheene race last year. The Supertwin is ready for the Isle of Man TT where Mark Herberton will be racing it in the Lightweight race on Friday 6th June and I will be supporting in the pit crew. I am getting on with building the GSXR 750 which has been accepted for the Classic TT Formula 1 race in August so a busy time ahead for me and very excited to be part of the Classic TT.

This August I will be returning to the Manx GP where I will be racing in the Lightweight on the new Supertwin, which was bought from Antonio Maeso who took it to the 2013 TT. I came twelfth in the Newcomers B race last year at the Manx GP where I was riding a standard ER650 mini twin so I hope to improve my times this year! For the first time I will also be racing a Kawasaki ZX600 which Herbertson racing are sponsoring me to race in both the Senior and Junior races for the Manx.

Finally I will be racing at Scarborough again in September for the Gold Cup Festival a circuit I like to race as it has a great atmosphere. Last year I was twelfth in the Steve Henshaw race which saw many of the top riders crash out in the wet conditions.
